Williamstown Golf Club
Williamstown golf club was formed in late 2001. Our inaugural captain was Martin Howllet and our club president was George O Mahony. In late 2001 Sean Browne Jack Morrissey and Barry Maloney who were the leading figures in going form Williamstown golf society to getting the club officially formed. With some Trojan work from the committee and reps from the GUI the golf course was measured and The Standard Scratch Score(S.S.S) was Officially recorded. Williamstown golf club was the first club to set up the national database for recording scores and posting to golfnet.
We would like to thank Waterford City Council for allowing us to use there facilities to form the club

Williamtown Golf Club play the following competitions. The team events are matchplay events only with the foursome matchplay been deaditected to Pat Toomey
